Privacy notice
Last updated 4 November 2026.
This notice explains what we do with your personal information when you use this website or ask us about a media wall.
Who we are
Nexus Media Walls Ltd designs and installs media walls across Greater Manchester. We are the controller of the personal information described here. You can reach us at nexusmediawalls@gmail.com or on +44 7831 404950.
What we collect
When you use the quote form we collect what you type:
- your name, phone number and email address
- your area and budget range
- the details you give us about your project
If you use the chat assistant on this website, your messages stay in your browser and are not sent to us. We only receive a message if you choose to send it to us on WhatsApp or by email. If you message us on WhatsApp or call us, that service handles the conversation under its own privacy policy, and we see what you send us.
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, arrange your free survey and prepare your 3D design and quote. This is taking steps at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in running our business.
- To carry out and guarantee the work if you become a customer.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that help us handle your enquiry: our form provider (Web3Forms), which delivers your enquiry to our email inbox, and our email provider. Messaging services such as WhatsApp receive whatever you send them. If the form cannot send your enquiry, it opens WhatsApp with your message ready for you to send.
This website loads fonts from Google Fonts and some images (such as the profile pictures in our reviews) from other services. When your browser fetches these, those services can see your IP address and device details.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry. If you become a customer, we keep the records we need for your written workmanship guarantee and for legal and accounting purposes. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to move it to another provider. Email nexusmediawalls@gmail.com to use any of these rights. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Keeping it safe
This website uses an encrypted connection and the quote form has spam protection. We limit who can see enquiries to the people who need them to reply to you.
